I did some basic heuristic and user evaluations for Pharmacy Direct back in March 2007 while working for Hiser. From this I created a series of recommendations and designs for them. Recently I was informed that their site has now been updated to reflect these designs. While not completely matching my design (pictured here) it’s comes pretty close and I think is a big step forward for them. Thoughts and comments welcomed.

I had the privilege of using the new Telstra Experience Labs in Sydney the other day as part of some design research I was conducting for Sensis. They are fantastic. Wonderfully equipped with the latest state of the art equipment including eye tracking software, wireless microphones, multiple remotely controlled ceiling cameras and much more. I have to say it’s wonderful to see Telstra investing in this infrastructure that allows them to get to know their customers better and therefore be able to provide improved services that meet their needs. Well done Telstra! I look forward to using it again someday soon.
