From the great interactive Quick quote form on the homepage you are taken to step 2 of a three step process so it all seems too easy.

I’m not a huge fan of the visual design but that is a personal thing. It certainly conveys the subject matter and supports the usability very nicely.

Hats off to the designers of it.
